ACPAC Subcommittees
In July 2021, the Department created the Anti-Discrimination Subcommittee (Subcommittee) as a subcommittee of the ACPAC. In July 2024, this Subcommittee completed its work and submitted a Report and accompanying Appendix to the ACPAC. The Report and Appendix are available on the ACPAC's docket, DOT-OST-2018-0190.
In October 2018, the Department established the National In-Flight Sexual Misconduct Task Force (Task Force) as an ACPAC Subcommittee as mandated by the 2018 FAA Act. In March 2020, the Task Force completed its work and submitted its recommendations in a Report to the ACPAC. The Report is available on the ACPAC's docket, DOT-OST-2018-0190.
