5th Meeting: December 16, 2013

The ACACP held its fifth public meeting on December 16, 2013, in Washington, DC.

The committee discussed making consumer rights information available to the public on airport posters, delays in the clearance of passengers arriving on international flights through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities at U.S. airports, and customized airfare pricing and potential consumer protection issues. The committee also discussed recommendations to the Secretary of Transportation for calendar year 2013.
