The ACPAC held a one-day virtual public meeting on January 12, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET. The ACPAC deliberated on the Department's notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) on Enhancing Transparency of Airline Ancillary Service Fees and voted on recommendations regarding the Department's NPRM on Airline Ticket Refunds and Consumer Protections.
