4th Meeting: May 21, 2013

The ACACP held its fourth public meeting on May 21, 2013, in Washington, DC.

The committee discussed privacy of personally identifiable information collected in connection with the purchase of air travel from airlines and travel agents. Additionally, the DOT's Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings described the steps it took to implement the committee's first set of recommendations to the Secretary and provided an update on the status of on-going rulemaking and enforcement initiatives affecting consumer protection in air travel.
