By this order the Department of Transportation ("the Department ") dismisses the complaint of Lyn-Lea Travel Corp. d/b/a First Class International Travel Management ("First Class") against American Airlines, Inc. ("American") and The SABRE Group ( "Sabre") , the Computer Reservation System ( "CRS") controlled by American at the time relevant to the complaint.
