The Department of Transportation (DOT) is dedicated to protecting the civil rights of our employees and associates. The Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR) has the following services available to employees:
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program - The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires all Federal agencies to establish or make available an Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) program which can be used at all stages of the EEO complaint process. - Job Accommodations and Related Services - DOT employees and applicants with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations through the Disability Resource Center. See the links below for additional guidance and resources:
