This consent order concerns deceptive advertising and unauthorized engaging in air transportation by Israir Airlines and Tourism, Ltd. (“Israir”), a foreign air carrier based in Tel Aviv, Israel, that violated 14 CFR 399.84 and 14 CFR Part 380 o f the Department’s regulations, as well as 49 U.S.C. § 41301, and which also constitu tcd an unfair and deceptive practice and unfair inetliod of competition in violation of 49 U.S.C. § 41712.
