This consent order concerns activities in connection with charter flights between the United States and Lagos, Nigeria, by World Airways, Inc. (“World”), that violated 49 U.S.C. § 41712 and certain provisions of the Department's rules applicable to Public Charters (14 CFR Parts 380 and 212), and constituted unfair and deceptive practices in violation of 49 U.S.C. § 41712.
