Airline Customer Service Dashboard
The Department has called upon airlines to improve their customer service commitments to passengers, which all have done to varying degrees. The dashboards below show what each airline commits to for families flying with young children, and for customers experiencing significant flight disruptions within the airline's control. DOT will update and expand these dashboards as needed.
Highlight a single carrier
Choose an airline and select "Apply filter" to show only that carrier's column in every table below. Choose "All carriers" and apply to bring every column back. Nothing changes until you select "Apply filter" — changing the dropdown alone does not filter the tables.

Airlines must keep their commitments
DOT will hold airlines accountable if they fail to fulfill a customer service commitment. If you believe an airline has not fulfilled its commitment, contact the airline first to ensure it gives you what is owed.
If you are not satisfied with the airline's response or conduct, you may file a complaint with DOT.
