  • Work phone – user selected 10 digit number, and
  • Common identifier -  user selected set of up to 25 alpha/numeric characters (ex. Transportation865a7).  No special characters.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Implementation will occur on April 16, 2012.

WHO WILL BE AFFECTED?

All new and existing web application users will be affected.

WHAT ACTIONS DO YOU NEED TO TAKE?

Any new application or recertification submitted after April 16th, 2012 will require input of new data fields for agency POC, work phone, and common identifier.
