2024 Airline Submissions on Complaints Received By Airlines in 2023
This data covers disability-related complaints that U.S. and foreign passenger air carriers operating to, from, and within the U.S. received during the 2023 calendar year, as reported to the U.S. Department of Transportation (Department or DOT) by those carriers in 2024. A disability-related complaint means a specific written expression of dissatisfaction received from, or submitted on behalf of, an individual with a disability concerning a difficulty associated with the person’s disability, which the person experienced when using or attempting to use an airline’s services.

These tables reflect data reported to DOT in 2024 for complaints received by U.S. and foreign airlines in calendar year 2023. Note, foreign airlines must only report disability-related complaints associated with any flight segment originating or terminating in the United States.
