Peter Constantine
Peter Constantine was appointed Assistant General Counsel for General Law in 2024. Peter previously served in a variety of positions with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor, including Associate Solicitor for Legal Counsel, Deputy Associate Solicitor for Civil Rights and Labor-Management, and Counsel for Employment Law. Peter also served with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as its Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer, Associate Solicitor for Ethics, Appeals and Personnel Law, and Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Personnel Law. He has served as an attorney with the Federal Labor Relations Authority, U.S. Office of Special Counsel, and the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the College of Wooster and a Juris Doctorate from the American University’s Washington College of Law.
