Brandon Schall
Deputy General Counsel
Brandon Schall serves as Deputy General Counsel with the U.S. Department of Transportation. In this role, he manages the Department’s congressional oversight and investigation requests and advises the Secretary, General Counsel, and other senior leaders on legal and policy issues.
Brandon most recently served as Senior Counsel to the General Counsel at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Brandon also served as Oversight and Investigations Counsel for the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee. Prior to that position, he served as Oversight and Investigations Counsel for the U.S. House Homeland Security Committee. Previously, he served as Counsel to Commissioner Baiocco at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Brandon received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Christopher Newport University and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law.
