About this Order

On September 14, 2015, Mr. Kaushik Shridharani filed a third-party complaint against Alitalia Societá Aerea Italiana, SpA (Alitalia). He contends that Alitalia provided inadequate notice that his traveling party would forfeit the second segment of their flight itinerary if they did not complete the first segment. Pursuant to 14 CFR 302.406(a)(2), we dismiss the complaint for the reasons set forth below.
