About this Order

On March 21, 2017, Benjamin Edelman (the Complainant) filed a formal complaint against American Airlines, Inc. (American) pursuant to 14 CFR Part 302. The Complainant alleges that American misrepresented carrier-imposed surcharges as “taxes.” Pursuant to 14 CFR 302.406(a)(2), we dismiss the complaint.
