About this Order

This consent order concerns violations by Dynamic International Airways, LLC (Dynamic) of the Department of Transportation’s (Department) regulations on public charter operations (14 CFR Part 380) with respect to providing prompt refunds to passengers after flight cancellations and promptly notifying passengers of the cancellations. These violations also constitute violations of 49 U.S.C. § 41712, which prohibits unfair and deceptive practices and unfair methods of competition in air transportation.
