Ths consent order concerns advertisements by Grand Circle Lorporntion, d / b / a Grand Circle Travel and d /b / a Overseas Adventure Travel (coIlectively ”Grand Circle”) that violate the Department’s advertising requirements 5pccified in Part 399 of the Department’s regulations (13 CFR Part 399), and constitute unfair and deceptive trade practices and unfair methods of
competition in violation of 49 U.S.C. § 41712.
