This consent order concerns unauthorized air transportation by Classic Designs of Tampa Bay, Inc., d/b/a Bell Air Aviation (Classic Designs). Since at least January 1, 2006, Classic Designs has engaged in air transportation using a Boeing 727 aircraft without holding the requisite economic authority from the Department.
