This consent order (the “order”) closes an investigation into Continental Airlines, Inc.’s (“Continental”) alleged noncompliance with Federal statutes prohibiting air carriers from subjecting any air traveler to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex or ancestry.
