This consent order concerns certain public holding-out practices engaged in by Boston-Maine Airways Corp. d/b/a Pan Am Clipper Connection (Boston-Maine) through its published schedules, its website, and its 1-800 telephone number that are believed by the Department's Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings (Enforcement 0ffice) to constitute unfair and deceptive practices in violation of 49 U.S.C § 41712.
