This order concerns certain alleged violations by Delta Air Lines, Inc., (Delta) of the requirements of 14 CFR Part 382, with respect to providing assistance to passengers in
wheelchairs and dispositive responses to persons who complained to the carrier about its failure to comply with Part 382. Part 382 implements the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA), 49 U.S.C. § 41705, and violations of that part also violate the ACAA.
