ORBITZ, L.L.C. 2002-3-12

By Order 2001-12-7, issued December 7, 2001, we  granted  Orbitz, L.L.C., an Internet  travel agent, an exemption from 49 U.S.C. § 41712 (Unfair and deceptive practices and unfair methods of competition) and 14 CFR §§ 399.80 (Unfair and  deceptive practices of ticket  agents) and 399.84 (Price  advertising) to the extent necessary to allow  it to list its service fees separately from airfares on its fare/itinerary displays.
