By this order, we confirm our oral action of September 26, 2002, granting  North American Airlines, Inc., ("North  American") a conditional emergency exemption for aircraft  N767NA (serial number 27569) from the moveable armrest  requirement of 14 CFR § 382.21(a)(l), through December 1, 2002.
