Agreement by and between Southwest Airlines and US Department of Transportation - Accessible Airport Kiosk

Southwest Airlines will adopt measures to provide greater accessibility to individuals with disabilities than required under DOT rules. In return, the Department will not take enforcement action against the airline for its failure to comply with the Department’s accessible airport kiosk rule.
