Aviation Consumer Protection Advisory Committee (ACPAC) - September 22 and 23, 2026 Meeting

Overview

The ACPAC will hold a two-day virtual public meeting on September 22 and September 23, 2026. The Committee will discuss three key topics: (1) One-page Document on Passenger Rights: Airline summaries of consumer rights as required by Section 429 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 and its implementing rule; (2) Know-Your-Rights Posters: Airport posters required by Section 504 of the 2024 FAA Reauthorization Act; and (3) Airline Customer Service Dashboards: Dashboards required by Section 506 of the 2024 FAA Reauthorization Act.
