DOT is providing an accessible PDF version of the 30-Day Notice on Service Animal Forms that was published in the Federal Register for comment on April 29, 2024. Written comments on this notice must be received by May 29, 2024. Comments can be filed here. If you do not wish to submit a comment electronically, the Notice also contains instructions on how to submit a comment by mail or in person at the Department.
