DBE Appeals Decisions

Overview

A firm that is denied certification or whose eligibility is removed by a recipient, including SBA-certified firms applying pursuant to the DOT/SBA MOU, may make an administrative appeal to the Department of Transportation. In addition, a complainant in an ineligibility complaint to a recipient including a concerned operating administration in the circumstances provided in §26.87(c) may appeal to the Department of Transportation Office of Civil Rights.
