Who We Work With

Momentum works with global counterparts to leverage transportation investments and policies to promote sustainable economic growth and opportunities.  We particularly emphasize emerging markets in the Americas, Africa, the Caribbean, Central Asia, the Middle East, the Pacific Islands, and South and Southeast Asia.

We partner with government agencies, including at the national and sub-national level, as well as regional organizations and select non-governmental organizations to promote U.S. transportation knowledge, best practices, standards, and innovations. 

Our programming recognizes that transportation infrastructure plays a leading role in helping economies flourish and linking communities with one another.
