Momentum Resources

Through Momentum, USDOT supports our global counterparts by connecting them to the Department’s world-leading experts, research, and best practices.  Our outreach includes technical assistance, capacity building, and knowledge transfer. In addition to in-person and virtual capacity building and technical assistance, Momentum also offers publicly available digital resources and toolkits that international colleagues can use to improve the development and operation of transportation systems.  The following resources are currently available below:
