Annual Recertification Information (GSA)
All GSA Transit Subsidy Program participants are required to complete an annual recertification through DOT's TRANServe Transit Benefit Web Application System DOT TRANServe eAPP. Participants, who do not complete the annual recertification will be withdrawn from the program after the recertification deadline and any missed funding is not reimbursable. Participants are responsible to recertifying their application to update commuting expenses during annual recertification and whenever their commuting method, work schedule or address changes.

- DOT's TRANServe Transit Benefit Web Application System DOT TRANServe eAPP uses multi-factor authentication log-in requirements to enhance security. Agency employees use Login.gov to access DOT TRANServe eAPP. Program participants should use the TRANServe Login.gov Quick Guide for instructions on Login.gov account set-up and use.
