Annual Recertification 2024 Information (GSA)
All GSA Transit Subsidy Program participants are required to complete an annual recertification through DOT's TRANServe Transit Benefit Web Application System [Login - Transit Benefits System v 3.0 (dot.gov)] eApp between September 09 - September 27, 2024. Participants, who do not complete the annual recertification, will be withdrawn from the program after the recertification deadline and any missed funding is not reimbursable. Participants are responsible to recertify their Application to update commuting expenses during annual recertification and whenever their commuting method, work schedule or address changes.
Additionally, as a courtesy reminder, if you are a current program participant and have an approved Remote Work agreement in HR Links, you must withdraw now from receiving the federal transit benefit. Remote Work agreement, employee teleworks on a full-time basis and the employee does not report to the agency worksite at least two days a pay period on a regular and recurring basis. The Federal transit benefit is available through the GSA Transit Subsidy Program. DOT's TRANServe Transit Benefit Application System is used by agency employees to submit the transit benefit application (Application) to Register, Enroll, Update or Withdraw from Program.

Beginning November 1, 2022, participant will use Login.gov to access the Transit Benefit Web Application System.
