Description

The Schuyler Bland Memorial Library, U. S. Merchant Marine Academy, located in Kings Point, NY, has a requirement for a commercially available cloud-based, fully FedRAMP certified  Library Management System (LMS) that will provide the single, sign-on features and benefits of a Library Services Platform (LSP) which is fully integrated with a discovery layer and associated underlying electronic resource management knowledge base, an interlibrary loan (ILL) management system, a digital asset repository, a license management system, a library resources acquisition system, a circulation and inventory management system, a cataloging and metadata system, an access and authentication system, an analytics and reports designer system, an ongoing holdings evaluation system for continual weeding and updating of the collection, and a fully integrated online, phone and in-person support system.
