OST-S31-2025-01 - DOCR FAD Drafting - The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR) seeks a contractor to prepare recommended Final Agency Decisions (FADs) in accordance with the standards established by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations. FADs shall be prepared on the merits of employment discrimination complaints filed against DOT based on information contained in the administrative file and the Report of Investigation (ROI), and the application of all relevant and applicable theories of discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) statutes, and EEO caselaw.
