OST-S60-2025-01 - TOC LED Display - Transportation Operation Center (TOC) Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Display to replace the failing projector-based system that the TOC currently uses to monitor active events.  Along with the wall, the video distribution network is also suffering from hardware failures due to age.
