Description

OST-RDT10-2024-02 - Transportation Technology Commercialization - The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology (OST-R) Technology is leading the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) in advancing the vision for the future of transportation through an integrated transportation system of systems.  A central pillar to achieving this is accelerating the commercialization and deployment of new and emerging technologies on a national scale.  This requires intensive engagement with a wide range of transportation stakeholders including public sector agencies, academic institutions, and industry innovators across the nation. This project is to conduct a series of in-person Insight Events for transportation leaders, research managers, academics, technology developers, and other relevant stakeholders or subject matter experts (SMEs) to accelerate the commercialization and deployment of technologies and innovations.
