Description

The project consists of providing permanent repairs and stabilization at 3 fill slope locations along Blue Ridge Parkway, at MP 347. The work includes repairing and stabilizing slopes using mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, deep patches, or other methods, reconstruction of one Overlook, Replacement of granite curb in THYR Overlook, Repairing or replacing steel-backed timber guardrail at the overlook. Installing pavement markings, mil/overlay and other miscellaneous work.
