James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF) direct procurement of one 30T Hydraulic Anchor Handling Winch- Single Drum. Anchor handling systems consist of a complete suite of equipment to support anchor handling or towing operations, including chain-pulling winches, chain replacement tools, and handling cranes. procurement of an Anchor Handling Winch (known going forward as “the Winch”) to be delivered at the James River Reserve Fleet shore facilities onboard Fort Eustis Army base compound at 2606 Harrison Road, Newport News VA. 30T Hydraulic Anchor Handling Winch- Single Drum to include:

Local Control Stand for winch.
Control stand will be of free-standing type, suitable for deck mounting. It will have the following features with it:
Hydraulic DCV Heave in pay out
Pressure gauge for main system
Emergency stops push button c/w protection cover
Emergency release push button c/w protection cover
