The Great Lakes Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) has a requirement for replacing two 13.8KV-480V power distribution systems at the Maintenance Base in Massena, NY.   GLS has two existing power distribution transformers that are connected with one underground high voltage feed to NYPA.  The existing transformers and distribution systems are undersized, aging, and do not provide sufficient reliable automatic backup power. The work shall take place in Massen, NY. The period of performance is estimated to be 16-18 months.
