Description

Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be a 5-year contract vehicle used by FRA’s Office of Railroad Development (RRD) for grants, loans, and other projects by providing engineering support services and other professional services including program support, report preparation support, deliverable review, technical assistance, compliance monitoring, project monitoring for grant recipients. The work involves reviewing project planning, engineering plans, and construction materials; identifying appropriate corrective actions for project issues that help ensure successful completion of grant projects; and evaluating adherence to FRA agreements, project scope, schedule, budgets.
