About Us

The Mid-Atlantic Region Small Business Transportation Resource Center (MA SBTRC), operated by The Enterprise Center of Philadelphia, serves the small business contracting community in Pennsylvania, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia. The goal of the MA SBTRC is to increase the ability of small businesses to compete for and enter into transportation-related contracts at the local, state and federal levels throughout the region. Headquartered in Philadelphia, the MA SBTRC assists small and disadvantaged businesses in the region by providing procurement, technical, financial and bonding assistance.

What We Do?

• Provide business capacity building skills and training to small business
• Provide counseling and information on procurement opportunities
• Provide access to capital - DOT Short-term Lending Program (STLP)
• Provide assistance with obtaining a surety bond (BEP)
• Provide resource assistance that to woman and girls (WITI) in the transportation industry
