John Schultz

John Schultz joined the Office of the Secretary for Policy in March 2026 from the Federal Railroad Administration, where he served as the Special Assistant to the Administrator since February 2025. Before joining the Department, John worked as a Regional Field Director for the 2024 Presidential Campaign in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He previously served as a legislative intern for Senator Lindsey Graham while attending the Lutheran College Washington Semester Program in spring 2023. Mr. Schultz graduated summa cum laude from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Arts and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society in 2024.
