Mini Hwang

Senior Advisor

Mini Hwang joined the Department of Transportation (DOT) in 2018 as the Senior Advisor to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) providing support to senior leadership in all areas of Information Technology (IT).

Prior to joining DOT, Ms. Hwang has 15 years of FinTech experience where she held various IT leadership roles managing all sectors of Information Technology.  She worked closely with FinTech leaders to solve industry challenges and fully automate business processes.  

Ms. Hwang holds a Master of Science in Technology from Columbia University, Master of Business Administration in Management from Amberton University, and Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business from Northwood University.
