FY 2024 MD-715 Part J: Special Program Plan for the Recruitment, Hiring, Advancement, and Retention of Persons with Disabilities

Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions (EEOC) regulation, 29 C.F.R. § 1614.203(d), and Management Directive 715 (MD-715), require Federal agencies to maintain and post their Affirmative Action Plan for the recruitment, hiring, advancement, and retention of persons with disabilities to their public website. In line with these requirements, Part J of DOTs FY 2024 MD-715 Report encompasses these efforts.
