Members of the public who believe they have been discriminated against by a recipient of U.S. DOT funding may contact the Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR) to file a complaint or report a concern. If you have a disability or have difficulty understanding English, language assistance is available upon request by contacting civilrightscompliance@dot.gov.
