SMART Stage 2: Letter of Designation Job Aid

This job aid provides instructions and a template for applicants to the SMART Stage 2 Grant. The Letter of Designation should be used only when an existing SMART Stage 1 recipient wishes to designate another, eligible entity, as the lead applicant for their Stage 2 project. It is NOT REQUIRED if an existing Stage 1 recipient is applying directly to Stage 2 as a lead applicant themselves.
