ROPD provides direct technical assistance to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories that receive highway safety grants. The ROPD site provides information to assist State and Federal professionals with managing highway safety grant programs administered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
