FTA's training resource directory supports the transit industry in developing, implementing and updating their de-escalation training. De-escalation training focuses on providing participants with the knowledge and skills to reduce the likelihood of assault incidents during revenue service. The directory is geared towards bus and rail transit providers, State Safety Oversight Agencies and State Departments of Transportation.
