Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) Listening Session

On Thursday, December 5, 2013, the U.S. Department of Transportation will hold a public listening session on the changes proposed in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) related to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Participants will be given an opportunity to speak and provide information to the Department (the listeners) regarding specific issues of concern with the NPRM. This event will be held at US DOT headquarters in Washington D.C. The comment period for the NPRM will be reopened and extended to December 26, 2013. Due to space limitations, registration is required to participate in this event. Registration will close on November 21, 2013. You can participate either in person or via webconference.
NOTE: If you registered for the October 9, 2013 DBE NPRM Listening Session that was cancelled due to the government shutdown, you need to register again.
