The DOT Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program seeks contracting specialist support to help prepare and support the issuance of SBIR contracts. The contractor will work with the SBIR Contracting Officers responsible for awarding Phase I, Phase II, and Phase IIB contracts. These contracts are FFP, FFPLOE, and Cost-type contracts. Work will include cost and pricing analysis, drafting of contract files, and creation of PR documentation.
