Smart City Challenge Phase 2: Notice of Funding Opportunity

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued the second Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Smart City Challenge. The NOFO can be downloaded above.

Note: Only the seven Smart City Challenge finalists are eligible for this funding opportunity. The finalists are:
