Number 5 - 298C Alaskan Air Carrier F-2 Small Certificated Air Carriers Operating within Alaska Reporting Block Hours

To ensure consistent reporting of data, by Alaskan Air Carriers, who report the 298C Schedule F-2, this Accounting and Reporting Directive provides additional guidance for reporting of "Block Hours." The instructions for reporting block hours on Schedule F-2 have been modified to include all block hours regardless of whether they are revenue or non-revenue, charter or scheduled.
